Automatic, High Level Depalletizer

Uni-Pak Corp. designed and built a custom automatic depalletizer, pictured below, for the beverage industry. This complex, high-level discharge machine is used to bulk load cans or bottles made from various materials. Before this product was manufactured, we generated multiple CAD prints of the design. We also tested all fabricated machinery components using our buyer’s product, to ensure proper performance, and then shipped the order to our client’s facility in Longwood, Florida.

The final piece of equipment possessed a hoist, layer sweep, infeed pallet conveyor, operator platform, and accumulation table – among myriad other features. All machine components were designed and manufactured in-house. We also painted and powder coated this machine for a more durable, attractive finish. Our depalletizer met our client’s unique project requirements and exceeded all expectations for quality, functionality, and performance.
