Custom Manufactured Depalletizers

As part of our full complement of material handling solutions, Uni-Pak Corp. manufactures depalletizers for use in industries ranging from beverage to automotive to electronics. Our depalletizers feature a mild steel construction, available with an industrial enamel or powder coat finish. They operate at speeds of up to 5 layers per minute, efficiently and safely depalletizing the required products. Depalletizing flow can be set to either "C" or "Z" configurations, with automatic, semi-automatic, or manual control. The heavy duty, one-piece steel frame construction is designed for long-term durability and reliability.

Features of the depalletizer include a prewired and custom built electric panel with a NEMA-4 electrical enclosure, circuit breaker, a touch screen operator station with message display and stack lights, and a power conveyor integrated with hoist. Auto pallet stackers are also available. We offer several custom options, including expanding side hoist walls, single filing system design options, sweep, round or non-round container handling, and a four-sided clamp if unstable products are being handled.
