Pallet and Drum Handling Conveyors

Uni-Pak Corp. manufactures a line of palletizers, produced using mild steel with an industrial enamel or powder coat finish, in a floor level or high level construction. Our BULK palletizers can handle a wide range of material handling operations, with a maximum load height capacity up to 110" (2794 mm) and a maximum speed of UP TO 1000 bpm. They can work with standard or non-standard pallet sizes, and have automatic, semi-automatic, or manual operating modes. Several custom options are also available, including layer sheet insertion, full pallet rotation for strapping, top layer squaring, a picture frame bin, and a retracting layer plate.

Our palletizers are ideal for loading empty or full cans, PET bottles, or glass bottles. Palletizers feature a hoist with four roller chain supports, an electric brake motor, full length shrouds, and a layer sheet rack. The accumulating belt measures 15 ft., and the pallet conveyor uses a two strand extended pitch roller chain. The sweep features a rack and pinion design for smooth and quiet operation. The electric panel features a NEMA-12 enclosure, transformer motor starters, circuit breaker, and is completely integrated with operator station. Controls include auto height control and single cycle sweep. Other options and features include top layer squaring, automatic pallet dispensing, self cleaning live chain transfer, automatic controls, flat top infeed conveyors, and several more.
