Custom Manufactured Dual Lane Can Rinsing System for the Beverage Industry
A client from the beverage industry approached Uni-Pak Corp. to custom manufacture a dual lane aluminum can rinsing system. We began the process by designing the two distinct parts of the stainless steel system: the rinse chamber featured two gravity tracks and two spray manifolds, while the 7' long drain pan featured two gravity tracks and mounting clips. After bending, cutting, forming, grinding and polishing the system, it was welded and hard chrome plating was applied to the rods.
The project took 8-10 weeks to complete and was delivered to the customer's Maplewood, New Jersey location.
