Can & Bottle Rinser Systems
Uni-Pak Corp. is a manufacturer of custom can and bottle rinsers for use in any industry where clean, sanitized containers are required. Systems are designed to integrate with exiting conveyors, and can be configured with three different series of push through rinsers as well as gravity rinsers. A system specialist will work with you to determine the correct combination of capabilities and capacities that best suit your individual requirement.
Options include can inverters and can drop out-type fittings, in standard elevations of 35" to 45". Systems can accept several different container materials, such as aluminum, glass and plastic, as well as steel or cardboard. Dry or wet rinsing systems are available, using air, water, ionized air, either individually or in any combination.
Custom can and bottle rinsers are constructed of stainless steel, with hard chrome top and bottom rails. All systems include features such as compression pads, upstream and downstream limit switches, pushbutton stations, regulators, air and water solenoid valves, and other useful features.
