Bottle and Can Warmers

Uni-Pak Corp. is a manufacturer of bottle & can warmers for use with beverage conveyor systems. These bottle & can warmer tunnels are manufactured from 7 gage (3/16″) stainless steel, with a UHMW belt carryway and spray manifolds constructed from stainless steel and brass. We feature high volume spray nozzles and centrifugal spray pumps with high efficiency motors. Bottle & can warmers are designed for modular assembly and can be easily upgraded in length via an expansion joint to suit the needs of your operation.

Our bottle & can warmers utilize Allen Bradley PLC controls, and other software solutions are available upon request, whether for full integration with your existing system, or simply a preference of another PLC. Other features of the bottle & can warmer unit include observation windows, a sump tank strainer, and a severe duty inverter rated TEFC motor. The electrical system uses an automatic water control level solenoid, a NEMA-4X control panel, and E-stops. Other electrical features include a stainless steel junction box, Allen Bradley processor and starters, local motor disconnects, and a pre-programmed standard sequence of operation. We also offer options for an integrated heat package, stainless steel pneumatic drain valves, ethernet connection, and a touch screen interface. Contact Uni-Pak for more information.
